Devenport

I have been waiting to be in Devenport since my last summer school break. And yesterday wy wish was granted, Alhamdulillah. Devenport is a small island nearby. It took us about 15min to reach there by ferry. It was a wonderful journey and I love it. We went to Mount Victoria, which used to be a fort when the Russian try to 'jajah' New Zealand (if I'm not mistaken). http://www.devonport.co.nz/

It is a nice place there and I remembered a quotation from one drama I watched, My Girl. The main actress said that, sometimes if we are feeling stress or in a simple word, feeling down and feel like running to the other part of the world and run from anybody else. But it might be hard to do that; out of town or anything. So might as well we go to a high place instead of running away. Yeah, I think dat works, When I am on top of the mountain, it feels good. In fact great. All the burden feel release. What's more dengan melihat kebesaran Allah. Subhanall, cantik sangat ciptaan-Nya.
