Spend some time to watch the video. I find it is very interesting and will trigger your mind to search for the answer.Reflect and think back, why we put our tudung on actually? Since ages we represent ourself as a muslim women, but have we really ask that question to ourselves? WHY? Because of the parent? Teacher? School rules? Trend? Following our friend? and the list might go on.
Islam is a religion that dignify women and put women in a really special place. Just imagine, you have a special gift given by somebody special boought from UK for example. You really treasure it and if possible you dont want people to touch it afraid that it might broken. So where would you put that gift? In a transparent cupboard for people to see and praise it from far or just display it on the table so that your friend can have a close look at it? I believe for something precious, we would place it at unreachable place right?
Samething apply here, women is really precious in Islam that only the right person could see and touch their beauty. Subhanallah, what a great religion who dignify us women.
Allah mention in the quran
"And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards Allah, that ye may attain Bliss".[An-Noor,24:31]
But if you think you still need some logic in it, have a look at Al-Ahzab, 33:59
Subhanallah, what a beautiful verse isnt it? I myself just read it last week. What a waste for me to discover this after such a long time reading quran. Allah Himself had mentioned that the hijab is a powerful shield for us. Insya Allah, when we put the hijab on, automatically people could distinguish us from others and they knew that muslim women are very careful about their relationship with others. And we knew that, JANJI ALLAH ITU BENAR, and He never break HIS promise. Whats more you seek as a women other that high dignity and being respect by the persons around you. And Allah had promise us that, Insya ALlah.
Seems too long now, but lastly try to watch this meaningful video. I myself have esperience this and believe it or not it is under the third person influences. Cant get me? Watch this!
