Here i am sitting listening to teachers griefing or celebrating good or bad results. I had my time, griefing and blaming myself for the results my students get. I blame myself for not bring able to give them A, as maths is maths only. Not add maths. And why cant they get an A or at least A-
That time had pass. And still i feel guilty. I know that i could have done better. But looking at the analysis i know each and everyone of them had tried their best and so does the teacher.
Dear teachers,
You have done your best and you really did. Congratulation on your hardwork. Be proud of yourself and your student. Be grateful, and syukr. Dont blame. But reflect. Dont regret but improve yourself. Insya Allah, God will repay you and His good way.
Allah knows your hardwork. He knows how much you worry about them. He knows you have put away your time to eat just to entertain their question. So be glad, and chill. Allah knows all :)
Of all, lets strive harder this year and do more intervention. Realise all the symptoms and cure it before hand. And I know you can do it :)
